Cancelation Policy
We want to share essential information that applies to all participants. Please take a moment to review the outlined terms and conditions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
To ensure a positive experience for all our participants, we invite you to carefully review the following terms and
conditions that govern our yoga retreat purchases and reservations:
1. 500 € Non-Refundable Deposit: A 500 € non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
2. Full Payment Deadline: Full payment is due 60 days prior for the Retreat. If the balance is not paid on or before
the due date, we will treat the booking as canceled.
3. Partially Refundable Retreat Costs: In case of a refund request, the retreat costs are partially refundable, all
except the deposit may be refunded no later than 30 days before the retreat. Transfer fees are deducted from the total
refunded amount.
4. Retreat Voucher for Cancellations within 30 Days: You may receive a retreat voucher for a future booking with
Your Soul Treats in case you need to cancel within 30 days of the retreat start date.
5. Customer Responsibility for Transportation: Customers are responsible for transportation to the retreat,
including airfare and transportation to and from the airports to the resort properties unless otherwise noted. Solutions will not refund money to customers who were not able to attend the retreat due to weather, canceled
flights, or other impediments to travel.
6. Age Requirement and Financial Responsibility: Retreat participants must be 18 years of age or older and agree to be entirely financially responsible for all charges and other fees arising from participating in this retreat.
7. Travel Documentation Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that he/she has all relevant travel documentation.
8. Soullutions is not Responsible for Transportation Delays or Cancellations: Soullutions can accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses, or other forms of transport.
9. Customer Responsibility for Medical Consultation: The customer understands that it is their responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding their participation in yoga classes and yoga retreat activities.
10. Medical Insurance Recommendation:It is recommended that all customers have adequate medical insurance for the duration of this trip.
