Here’s a glimpse of a typical day at our Ericeira retreat, each day will flow differently, but this gives you an idea of the magic you might experience:

Morning: Gently awaken with a nourishing yoga flow and a vibrant breakfast.

Late Morning: Getting ready for a surf adventure or a wellness treatment or creative workshop.

Midday: After returning back enjoy a fresh cooked Organic lunch. Embrace some blissful leisure time to stroll around the cliffs of Ericeira or simply surrender to town, local markets and little coffee spots.

Late afternoon: Reconnect with a conscious workshop, an invitation to go inwards. Think about boundary workshop, Breathwork, light therapy, hart opening Cacao.

About the retreat hosts
Founder of Me My Soul, Carlijn Lottgering, Known in daily life as Carly. She offers over a decade of wisdom in yoga and mindful living. Rooted in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, Ayurveda, and advanced meditation and breathwork, she infuses her teachings with subtle musical elements.
Her heart-led guidance blends soulful depth, creative expression, and mindful awareness, encouraging students to gently open and turn inward. In her free time you can find her in the water out for a surf, swim or beach walk.
Anna is a yoga and tantra practitioner and holistic therapist with a background in nutritional science and a deep passion for holistic healing. Her work weaves together yoga, tantra, Ayurveda, Tibetan energy healing, and somatic practices to support true alignment - physically, emotionally, and energetically.
While she works with both men and women, guiding women back into their power holds a special place in her heart. She creates spaces where clients can reconnect to their bodies, deepen self-trust, and embody their most authentic, radiant expression.
